When posting you must send items via "Recorded Delivery" from your local Post Office. PLEASE ENSURE ALL ITEMS ARE CAREFULLY AND SAFELY PACKAGED BEFORE POSTING.
If the item / items being returned are worth more than £35, you must ensure you pay for Enhanced Compensation to the value of the item. You will be given a proof of posting with this service, you must make sure to keep this safe in case something happens to the item whilst in transit. When the item / items are returned, you will be sent a full refund for items, (not including postage) either by Paypal or Cheque depending on how you originally paid for the item / items. Please Include all Order Details (inc. ORDER ID NUMBER) and Reason for Return with your item/items.
