Show stopping dress, designed by "Frederick Starke" for "Reldan" England. Maxi length dress, with sultry split up the front which comes up to about the knee. Frills are found around the cuffs and the neck. Sexy "Key-hole" bust, adorned above with a bow of matching fabric. Zips up back, and fastens at back of neck with two eye-hook fasteners.
Fabric is a man-made wool / flocking type (very unusual), and the dress is lined inside with a pretty Purple satin - type fabric.
